The thread that designs space
The Superdesign Show 2024 hall is adorned with shadows cast by Karbony throughout the space. Dedicated lighting accentuates the products suspended from the ceiling, inviting visitors at the exhibition entrance to immerse themselves in the interplay of shadows as they traverse a space defined by intricately woven carbon fiber strands.
This texture serves as Karbony’s visual identity, with technology being the core of the project. This innovative production system harnesses the potential of carbon fiber to create design solutions for both interior and exterior settings. The products have been conceived by architect Simone Micheli, designers Gino Carollo and Delia Dolci, and architect Carlo Cappellotto.
