Material ConneXion® Italia organises the event-exhibition “New materials for a Smart City” within the platform of “Materials Village” during the Milan Design Week 2017. The event-exhibition, which has the patronage by the Municipality of Milan, has the purpose of offering an articulate landscape of the frontier of the materials innovation of technologies enhancing the building of new smart cities.
A selection of innovative solutions is presented with the goal of materialising the concept of smart city and being a display for the diffusion of new possibilities, useful to improve the functioning of a city and the life of its inhabitants.
The exhibition is conceived in 4 thematic areas: Eco-Innovation, Advanced Building, Smart Living and ICT Materiale.
