“Smart City: Materials, Technologies & People“, the 2nd edition of the exhibition-event on the city of the future designed by Material ConneXion Italia. Cured by Architect Giulio Ceppi and sponsored by the Municipality of Milan, the exhibition aims to stimulate ideas and debates on the theme of Smart City starting from its inhabitants. Many new features, including the time period of the exhibition itself (from April 17th to May 12th, 2018) that will be inaugurated during the Design Week, extending its opening until the Milano Food Week, thanks to the partnership with Seeds & Chips, an international trade congress dedicated to food innovation. In the various exhibiting modules in the exhibition, the public will discover cutting-edge materials and technological solutions divided into 6 thematic areas: Advanced Building and Infrastructures, Connected City, Smart Living – Smart People, Sustainable and Circular City, Integrated Mobility and, lastly, Food Policies and Urban Agriculture.
