The project by the duo alcarol, composed by Andrea Forti and Eleonora Dal Farra, explores the morphology of the elements of earth and planets, analyzes the reliefs of the territories, investigates their origin, evolution, and the geological processes that have shaped them. The surface of the matter is immediately revealed, but it is only by digging further that one can fully grasp the processes and forces that generated it.
Sometimes, it is difficult to recognize the material used, which seems frozen in an infinite moment or is feigned and unexpectedly soft. A sense of surprise bordering on strangeness and suspension arises. It is the focus of the design of the new chairs, tables, poufs, consoles, and bookcases of the collection.
